When the late Mr. T.E. (Tom) Grinslade started building homes in Indianapolis in 1922, he not only lade the foundation for a reputable residential construction company, but for a family tradition that has spanned seven decades and three generations.

Tom Grinslade, Jr., is carrying on a family tradition that spans seven decades and three generations. Tom has been active in the family business since 1988 and is a graduate of Ball Sate University where he studied Business Management and Economics.

Many of our subcontractors have been with us for years which helps to insure consistent communication, continuity and quality of workmanship.
